Hello friends, how are you all? Come on everyone is fine. I wish you all the best. Welcome to today's blog from TechPark. I hope you will be able to know and learn something new from my blog today. Let's start the discussion in detail.

It is said that the Corona Crisis has taken the world 10 years further in digital transformation. Things that were in the distant future are now present. Never before have so many people been active online. The total number of internet users in the country and the total bandwidth usage is now the highest. The average bandwidth usage in the country in April was 1,650 Gbps (gigabits per second), which is about 25-30 percent higher than normal. Although there is no problem in getting bandwidth of ISP or telco operators due to submarine cable and international terrestrial cable, there are weaknesses in the delivery system to the customer. Customers regularly complain about these. In a word, information technology has advanced for 10 years during the Corona crisis. Some issues can be discussed.

1. Pressure on mobile networks: Mobile networks are the main means of keeping our huge population 'connected'. One of the factors that keeps the quality of mobile internet service right is who is providing the service using how many waves. At this point, using less waves to serve so much bandwidth is a must. There is also suffering as the recharge shop is closed due to lockdown. According to the data, Grameenphone alone has about 10 million regular subscribers who did not recharge in April. One of the reasons for this may be lack of money or not finding a way to recharge.

2. Online Classroom: Although digital education and e-learning have been around for a long time, it is clear that our teachers or educational institutions are lagging behind. Although only a few private universities or English medium schools have started offering online education, public universities and government schools and colleges are lagging behind. It will soon be understood how much the students are adapting to this e-learning based on Zoom app. In many countries, the government has provided free iPads to school children, which have been delivered to their homes. Without devices and connectivity, e-learning will not progress. The initiative to transform Sangsad TV into a learning platform is remarkable.

3. Grocery: With the onset of coronavirus in the country, the number of online grocery (rice, pulses, oil, salt items, etc.) shoppers has multiplied. Most e-commerce has launched groceries very quickly. Customers also experience being too late to get the product. The transaction to get the product is still more cash in another delivery (COD).

4. Health system: Although there is no interest in telemedicine, now customers are running towards the app as they can't find a way. If you call, you will get health care. The doctor is watching the patient in the video. Home prescription of medicines is available at home with online prescription.

5. Customer Service: Many call centers were closed or manpower was almost non-existent immediately after the lockdown. It's getting a little better now. Many corporate call centers are still closed. Not all AI or chatbot services have been 'adapted', so only agent-based services have suffered the most.

. Domestic IT business: Many IT companies, especially startups, are suffering financially. Many are also skeptical about whether government incentive loans will match the problem of not maintaining cash flow or credit score properly. Many companies have cut manpower, leaving office space.

. Tech giants are lagging behind: It is understood that it is really difficult to handle the pressure of so many people due to various bugs found on Facebook. Google and Facebook are the two giants that have lamented the lack of a simple video chatting service like Zoom. However, a similar service has been launched quickly.

Hopefully, tech companies at home and abroad are not reluctant to start offering new strategies and services quickly. Send, all the companies like Sahaj are trying to do something.
